Lealeen Replacement Policy
At Lealeen, we stand by the quality of our products. While we do not offer refunds or returns, we gladly replace items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to shipping errors.
Eligibility for Replacement
To qualify for a replacement, your item must meet all of the following criteria:

Unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect (e.g., wrong product shipped by Lealeen).

Reported within 24 hours of delivery with valid proof of purchase (order number/receipt).
How to Request a Replacement

Your order number.

Photos/videos clearly showing the issue (e.g., damaged packaging, defective product).

A brief description of the problem.

Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days.

If approved, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost.
Note:

Replacements are subject to stock availability. If the product is out of stock, we will offer a store credit or alternative solution.

We reserve the right to deny requests that do not meet eligibility criteria.
Non-Replaceable Items

Opened or used products (e.g., shampoo, conditioner, serum, masks).

Items damaged due to customer misuse (e.g., improper storage, exposure to extreme temperatures).

Sale items, gift cards, or custom orders.
Damaged/Incorrect Items
Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

We will resolve the issue promptly via replacement.
